These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the 7444bd website, mobile interface, gaming services, promotional offers, and all related services (collectively, "the Platform"). 2.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in the Player's own name. 7444bd does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. 7444bd does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Players are responsible for checking applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

2.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory identity verification. 7444bd reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including a copy of a valid national identity document and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a method registered in the Player's own name.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within one to four hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. 7444bd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the Player's bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 7444bd reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per day or per week, details of which will be communicated within the Player's account portal. Players with outstanding active bonus wagering requirements may not withdraw bonus-derived funds until those requirements are fully met.

2.3 Account Balance

Player account balances do not accrue interest. 7444bd holds Player funds in a segregated operational account. In the event of Platform closure, 7444bd will make reasonable commercial efforts to return uninvested Player balances. Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month after written notification to the Player's registered email address.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available on the 7444bd platform — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between general and specific terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of 7444bd and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting mathematical errors in promotional terms — will have their bonus balances voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires ৳35,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports betting wagers contribute at a rate specified per promotion.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Any uncompleted bonus balances will expire at the end of that period and be removed from the Player's account without compensation.

3.3 Seasonal & Special Promotions

4.1 Game Integrity

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game

• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location

4.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the individual market rules published within the betting interface. 7444bd reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where reliable settlement data is unavailable, where a clear pricing error has occurred, or where suspicious betting patterns have been identified. Settlement decisions are final once confirmed.

6.1 Service Availability

7444bd endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. 7444bd accepts no liability for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from service interruptions.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7444bd's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 7444bd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

6.3 Third-Party Content

Games and betting markets on the Platform are supplied by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 7444bd is not responsible for the conduct, accuracy, or availability of third-party game content. Any dispute relating specifically to a game provider's software should be directed to that provider's published dispute resolution process; 7444bd will assist in facilitating such communications where reasonably practicable.

6.4 Intellectual Property

7.1 Amendments to Terms

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7.2 Account Termination

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. 7444bd will process account closure requests within five (5) business days. Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after completion of any applicable verification requirements. 7444bd reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, including where a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where continued operation of the account creates a legal or reputational risk to the Platform.

7.3 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact the 7444bd support team in the first instance. The support team will investigate the matter and provide a written response within ten (10) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through this process, the parties agree to pursue any further resolution through binding arbitration rather than litigation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
